Our Design & Staging Division
OnePoint Design Services is our design and staging division. Work with our certified designer and stager who can provide your clients with the direction needed to make their home the most presentable it can be. From paint color choices to countertop materials to flooring options, our designer will work with your client and our project manager to ensure the finishes selected will enable your client’s home to sell for the most amount possible in the least amount of time.
We manage the process from consultation to installation, so you can focus on your sale with confidence.
Our 6-Step Design & Staging Process
STEP 1
CONSULTATION
We start with an on-site consultation to learn about your property, your target buyer, and your selling goals.
You’ll also receive a Design & Staging Client Questionnaire to fill out so we understand your style preferences, priorities, and any special requests before we move forward.
STEP 2
DETAILED PROPOSAL & APPROVAL
You will receive a clear proposal for design and staging services. For staging, you will receive an itemized proposal that includes the scope of the job including all costs.
For design, you will receive a custom design deck that provides a visionalatizion of the suggestions provided.
STEP 3
AGREEMENT APPROVAL
At this stage, we will present you with your project agreement, which includes a fixed price and finalized plan.
You will have:
- Signed off on the design and specifications
- A clear understanding of the project scope and budget
- Confidence in the schedule and responsibilities
We’ll review the agreement with you thoroughly to ensure clarity and alignment before starting your project.
STEP 4
SCHEDULING & COORDINATION
Depending on which options you choose, we will provide a timeline for implementation of the agreement. For staging, this includes a delivery and installation timeline. For design services, this may include working with the rest of our team to discuss potential improvements to your home
STEP 5
REMOVAL & FOLLOW-UP
For staging, Once your property sells, we schedule removal at your convenience.
We also provide follow-up support for any additional design or staging needs in the future.
STEP 6
WELCOME HOME
Your project is complete and ready to be enjoyed.
